Why can't I make API request?

Step-by-step guide:

  • STATSCORE limits the number of requests to API. For now the limit is 200 requests per minute. Once you have exceeded the limit, you will not be able to complete another request until the full minute has elapsed.

  • Please consider how you're querying the API. Verify that you're using timestamps and that you're connected to an AMQP queue to receive PUSH data.

In exceptional cases, this limit may be increased. Please contact STATSCORE Delivery team.
